It is normal that there are differences in the prints made on heather and ash color. Because they absorb ink less than solid colors. RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION DETAILS

• All products are made to order, this means that all products are unique and only produced once ordered. Therefore we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased. Check out the "print on demand" article for more information.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund, cancellation or exchange for reasons such as wrong size, wrong product, wrong color selection. For this reason, please make sure you choose the right product.
• If you are having a problem with the product you purchased due to printing and production, contact us immediately via e-mail or "Chat wit us" system as soon as you receive the product within 7 business days. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot take any action if you do not inform us of the problem you are experiencing within 7 business days.
• If you have to cancel your order for personal reasons; for example, within the specified delivery dates "not being at the address, moving to another address, wrong address information, going on a trip" etc. 5% of the amount you paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Order cancellations are not acceptable.
• Sometimes the products can be returned to our production center caused by "insufficent address" and we cannot ship the same product again. In this case, even if you bought the product with the "free shipping" option, the shipping fee will be charged from the amount you paid and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.
• If the package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address you provided; if a refund is decided, 5%+Shipping Fee will be deducted from the amount you paid and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

• If you are sure that the address you live in is correct, we will ask for a shipping label proof that there has been a previous delivery from any e-commerce site to this address. If you can provide this proof, procedures will be initiated regarding your lost package and you will be informed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

*All shipments are made from the USA. Our manufacturers have multiple production and storage points. Orders can be produced and shipped from any of these locations. For this reason, estimated delivery times may change from time to time.

• After you place your order, the product will automatically go into production within an average of 1 hour.
• The production process can take an average of 2-5 business days depending on the workload. But orders are mostly completed and shipped within 48 hours. From this point on, the delivery time of the product to you varies depending on your region and the speed of the shipping company. You can rest assured that we are trying to get orders ready as quickly as we can.
• Please make sure that you enter all information correctly and completely when entering your delivery address for your order. ORDERING WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS

• The average production time for an order with multiple items may be extended.
• Although most of the time it is produced within 2-5 business days, sometimes this time can be extended and in this case we reserve the right to change the estimated delivery dates. Therefore, the delivery date will automatically be forword to a later date. Changes will be notified to you via e-mail.
• In addition, sometimes when you order more than one product, the products can be delivered separately. This can be the case especially if what you order is in different categories.
• For example, if you ordered one coffee mug and one t-shirt, the delivery dates of these products will be different.

You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test.
QUALITY CONTROL
From start to finish, they have multiple checkpoints to ensure that our customer will receive the correct product with a high-quality print, and enjoy a pleasant unboxing experience.
PACKAGING CONTROL
Shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhering adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Resistant to punctures and tampering. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders are packaged in a corrugated box.
